HOW DO I PURCHASE A HOLIDAY HOME?
If you choose a holiday home that’s currently on the Park, and on a plot that’s prepared for retail, we require a deposit along with a signed Purchase Agreement. The Purchase Agreement outlines all the elements of your purchase.

Cleared funds for the full balance are to be in place prior to the agreed handover date.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
All of our holiday homes come fully furnished and some also come with the expected white goods that help to make up a real home for the ultimate “turn-key” experience. These appliances include a fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Externally, a holiday home normally comes with a bespoke-decking package to compliment and maximise the enjoyment of each plot. We really think about how our holiday homeowners will want to use their outside space—the ultimate entertainment and relaxation area. 
WHAT SERVICES ARE CONNECTED TO THE LODGE?
The services connected are:

•    Gas (LPG) - piped underground
•    Electrics – individual meters
•    Water & Sewer mains
WHAT ARE THE RUNNING COSTS OF A LODGE?
The annual running costs include:

•    Site Fees (these include site rates)
•    Insurance – a “new for old” policy is required (an estimated £300-£500)
•    Electrics – individually metered and billed once per year
•    Gas (LPG) – individually metered and billed once per year

IS MY HOLIDAY HOME JUST FOR LEISURE?
Yes. A holiday home cannot be used as a permanent residence. However, this means that your holiday home doesn’t incur Council tax cost, but rest assured they are built to residential specification (BS3632) so you can take advantage of every season.

Every Park is issued with a “site licence” to operate and this states when holiday homeowners are able to use their holiday home.
WHEN CAN I USE MY HOME?
Once purchased, you can start to enjoy your holiday home in as little as two weeks, or even sooner depending on the situation of your chosen home and plot.

Even better, your brand-new Azure Seas holiday home has a 12-month policy, meaning it’s available to use all year round with no restrictions on how long you can stay for, offering complete flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
HOW LONG CAN A HOLIDAY HOME STAY ON THE PARK FOR?
For new units, you can keep your home here for 30 years.
For used units, you can keep your home here for 25 years.

All new holiday homes come with a Licence Agreement—the one issued by Azure Seas is the model standard agreement by The British Holiday Homes & Holiday Parks Association (BH&HPA) and a draft copy is available on request.

This agreement has been designed to offer both parties security and peace of mind to create a continuing, harmonious relationship.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO SELL?
You are free to sell your holiday home at any time, with all the benefits you purchased it with along with the remaining balance of the licence.

Existing owners often sell through word of mouth, web-based advertising or more traditional methods such as estate agents; please remember that the Park can support you through this process also.

Private sales must be processed through the site office regardless however,  so that the Park can ensure the new owners are fully briefed on the terms & conditions of the Licence agreement.
IS THE PARK CHILD-FRIENDLY?
Yes! Part of owning a holiday home means creating lasting, treasured memories with your friends, family and loved ones. Take advantage of both Park and local amenities that are close-by; there are so many family-friendly options for you to experience.
IS THE PARK DOG-FRIENDLY?
Of course! Man’s best friend is welcome to enjoy your new lifestyle also. We do however, insist that all dogs are kept on a lead at all times when walking around the Park for everyone's safety.
IS THERE WI-FI IN MY NEW LODGE?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available for everyone staying at the Park and every holiday home has its own modem capable of creating individual Wi-Fi networks, to ensure your privacy is secured. This also allows you to set up remote heating functions such as Hive and Nest, so your home can be just the way you like it when you arrive.
